The location here is great, easy walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful around the clock.

By and large, it was suitable place for sightseeing in Tokyo, had much fun and met courteous staff that went above-and-beyond in terms of customer service. The hotel had an AMAZING location steps away from Sankatsu Yukata Museum. A mini mart and convenience stores were right next door. The restaurant was small for Japanese breakfast and for every budget.

This venue has a great location, just a minute's walk from a subway station, and it's in a safe area, which is an added bonus.

The location of Hotel Nihonbashi Saibo and the excellent service by the staff ..their concern..their proactiveness in helping me make train connections (which I might otherwise not have understood) on the day of the Tokyo Marathon..was greatly appreciated. great atmosphere!!

Comfy rooms with large beds for a fair price. Hassle-free check-in and check-out process. 🛏️

The hotel had a very central location and it was feet from Shibuya. The rooms were both new-fashioned, spotless, complete with microwave oven and bags under the bed, for instance.

The hotel is located on a great spot near the subway station. The hotel is also easy accessible by subway from Haneda Airport without changing trains. That's easy if you have luggage. Free use of internet and even a computer on the room like it should be in all hotels nowadays. 24 hour family store at a distance of 50 metres. Friendly staff but their English could be better.
The hotel room was very small. Hardly any place to put your luggage and once you are in there is no place to sit other then the bed. It 's hardly a complaint as we have noticed most hotels in Tokyo have small rooms.

The room was tidy and had big beds. the location was great, with a subway station nearby. We also enjoyed dining at Shisen Ryori Senkaen, which was just a short walk from the hotel.

Location: the hotel was right by good transport links around Tokyo and Ningyocho subway station in Central Tokyo and Narita airport. I stayed for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the room, which was spacious with big beds.

I stayed at a hotel in a prime location with easy access to subway stations and convenient stores. The staff was friendly and the lobby had everything I needed, even on days when my room wasn't cleaned. The room was small but clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a mini fridge and a vanity desk mirror. it was great value for my money and I felt safe walking around the area even at night.
The morning meal could have been better with more variety or options.
